The success of a project depends on both the technical skills of team members and their ability to work together effectively. Traditional team-building methods primarily focus on technical skills and job assignments, often failing to take into account interpersonal interactions, which can result in relationship problems and decreased team efficiency despite their technical expertise. The research introduces an AI-based Team Compatibility Predictor which uses technical skills together with human behaviour information to create effective team development processes. The system uses NLP techniques together with generative AI to study project requirements to determine the optimum team size and role allocation, assisting project managers in resource planning. Mistral-7B-Instruct LLM extracts behavioural traits from interview summaries and feedback and maps them to Big-Five personality dimensions. Compatibility scores are calculated using similarity and complementary trait matching to create teams that have a range of abilities. The proposed data-driven model integrates skill-based knowledge together with personality insights to reduce workplace conflicts between people and establish team structures that function fairly and effectively in real-world organizational environments.
