In educational institutions, managing faculty schedules and ensuring timely attendance to classes is a critical task. Manual tracking of timetables often leads to missed sessions, confusion, and inefficiencies. This paper presents a Timetable-Based Faculty Reminder System, designed to automate schedule management and provide timely reminders to faculty members. The system stores timetable data digitally and sends notifications or alerts to faculty before the scheduled class time. It helps in reducing human errors, improving time management, and enhancing overall productivity within the institution. The proposed system uses a structured database to manage schedules and integrates reminder mechanisms such as notifications or alarms. Experimental results show that the system effectively minimizes missed classes and improves punctuality among faculty members. It is simple, efficient, and can be easily implemented in schools and colleges. The system can be further enhanced by integrating mobile applications and real-time updates, making it more flexible and user-friendly.
