This project introduces OnlineMart, a web-based e-commerce platform designed for ease of use and modular expansion. Developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL, OnlineMart supports essential features including user registration, login authentication, category-based product listings, dynamic cart management, and a related products section for cross-selling. The architecture follows standard web development best practices and can be deployed on lightweight servers without requiring advanced cloud infrastructure. OnlineMart demonstrates how fundamental web technologies can be leveraged to create scalable, cost-efficient online shopping portals suitable for educational projects, startups, and local businesses.
