Policy Details:
- i) As per our norms, only a maximum of 5 authors will be allowed for single paper publication. Our charges include only 5 authors per single paper publication.
- ii) If an author wants to add more than 5 authors, they will have to pay an additional charge of Rs. 200 per author. Authors must inform the IJSDR Team regarding the number of authors before the paper is published.
- iii) We will NOT provide a Hardcopy of the certificate and published research paper.
- iv) Once the paper is published successfully, IJRSAT will NOT accept any request related to changes in the research paper content or author details.
- v) The manuscript submitted is the author’s own original work; all authors participated substantively in the work and are prepared to take public responsibility for it.
- vi) The corresponding (1st) author is authorized by all authors to transfer all royalties related to the manuscript and to enter into a binding contract with IJRSAT as detailed in the Copyright Release Form. The corresponding author will be responsible for any disputes that may occur.
- vii) The manuscript has not been published and is not being submitted or considered for publication elsewhere. The content does not infringe on any copyright or rights of others. Authors transfer all financial rights to IJRSAT, including processing, reproduction, representation, printing, distribution, and online transmittal. If any copyright issues arise, IJRSAT reserves the right to withdraw the paper without prior notice.
- viii) REFUND POLICY: By default, ALL THE PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. "No-shows", "Extra-Page Payments", "Excess Payments", or "Additional Payments" are not refundable and will be considered as donations. Refund requests made at least 2 days before the Registration Closing date will be processed with a cancellation fee. Refund requests submitted after the Registration Closing date will not be accepted.
- ix) Changes to this Refund Policy: IJRSAT reserves the right to update this policy at any time. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
